We have a spare room available now in our home in Avonhead, Christchurch, perfect for an international student attending the University of Canterbury. My husband and I are a retired couple in our late 70s, and we’ve always enjoyed having company in our home.

The house is centrally located with easy access to public transport, shops, and all amenities, making it a convenient place to stay. It’s a quiet, comfortable home, and we share it with our much-loved cats, so it would suit someone who doesn’t mind animals.

Rent includes power and meals.
