Welcome to Our Warm and Friendly Homestay in Remuera/Newmarket!

Hi, I’m Cassie Wong, and my family and I are excited to welcome students into our home! We are an experienced homestay provider, having hosted over six students from around the world. Many of our past students have attended English-speaking schools in the area, and we love being a part of their journey while they experience life in New Zealand.

About Our Home & Location

Our house is located in the beautiful and safe suburb of Remuera/Newmarket, one of Auckland’s most convenient and sought-after areas. We are just a short walk to Newmarket, Auckland’s premier shopping and entertainment district, where you'll find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and cinemas. The train station is only a 5-minute walk away, making it incredibly easy to get around the city and beyond. Whether you're studying, exploring, or commuting, our location makes everything simple and accessible.

About Our Family

We are a family of four—my husband and I, along with our two teenage children. Our son and daughter attend local high schools, so we understand the needs of students and provide a supportive and welcoming home environment. We also have a small, friendly dog, who loves meeting new people!

Our family enjoys an active and social lifestyle. We love going to the beach on weekends, spending time outdoors, and enjoying the beautiful natural scenery New Zealand has to offer. Food is a big part of our lives, and we love cooking delicious Chinese meals, which we are always happy to share with our guests.
