Homestay Terms & Expectations Respect the home and everyone in it. Keep noise levels down, especially at night. Keep your room and shared spaces clean and tidy. Clean up after yourself in the kitchen and bathroom. No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances allowed on the property. Guests are allowed with prior approval, but overnight stays are not permitted. Meals are provided at set times, and any special dietary needs should be discussed in advance. Be mindful of electricity and water use. Turn off lights, heaters, and appliances when not needed. Rent must be paid on time to ensure a smooth stay. Two weeks' notice is required before moving out. We’re offering a comfortable and welcoming home, and we expect our student to be respectful, responsible, and considerate in return.
