Close to bus stops so it is easy to get to auckland downtown and the schools and universities. We are also close to all the shops in sandringham. We would love to have a student live with us. This price also includes the breakfast and dinners. we can off to clean you room for extra fee if needed.

Hi we are the Patel family. We have a nice 3bedroom house which has 1 bedroom available for student. We can provide Breakfast lunch and dinner. We cook a lot of Indian food which is delicious. We love walking, going to the park and Cricket!
